- Eat less carbs
- Eat less fat
- Eat more carbs
- Eat more fat
- But just coconut fat
- Do quit sugar
- Actually, don’t quit sugar
- Just drink lemon juice
- And only eat cabbage soup
- Eat plenty of chocolate (of course)
- But only eat alkaline foods
- Eat meat, but never grains and legumes
- Eat grains and legumes, but never meat
- Exercise more
- Or don’t exercise at all
- Skip breakfast
- But never skip any meals
- Just go gluten-free
- And dairy-free, and nut-free
- Hey, what about some days going almost food-free
- Definitely don’t cook
- But do eat and cook like the Japanese
- Or maybe more like the French
- Count every calorie
- But because that’s too hard, count ProPoints instead
- Maybe it’s best to believe in miracles, or…
- Learn to love and accept your amazing body for exactly how it is.

This post made me simultaneously chuckle, roll my eyes, nod and cringe. So very true. You hit the nail on the head here.
