- Eat plenty of vegetables.
- Enjoy a variety of fruits.
- Include nuts and seeds daily.
- Eat legumes (beans and pulses).
- Choose high-fibre grains.
- Use extra-virgin olive oil.
- Eat oily fish.
- Drink tea or coffee.
- Enjoy a glass of red wine.
If you find yourself confused with the semantics of healthy eating, start with what we know to be associated with better health.
Once there, it’s hard to go too far wrong.
